Dugi's Quest Helper is now my top rated quest helper because a pre 3.1 redesign has made it the smallest in game guide as far as space taken on the UI as well as incredible routing and a talent tree addon that is INCREDIBLE. As far as value is concerned Dugi offers the best deal of any in game quest helper program.
Their package deal of guides along with their Quest Helper costs about the same as getting only a quest helper with other quest helper manufacturers. Like Joana's, Brian Kopps comes in at 8/10 because it only offers an Alliance quest helper guide. Brian was the originator of the written Alliance power leveling guide and, like Joana, has turned it into a in game quest helper program. If you only like to play Alliance it is worth checking out.
